The rules of the road for OnePrints.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OnePrints (a OneCasa Group company, registered in Hyderabad, Telangana, India) governing your access to and use of oneprints.in, the designer marketplace, the print-on-demand workflow, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law to use the Services. Businesses, schools, and corporates may use the Services through an authorised representative.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one active account without our written permission.

When you place an order on the Services, your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we send you an order confirmation email and begin production. We may decline or cancel any order — for example, if pricing was incorrect, stock is unavailable, the artwork is unprintable, or we suspect fraud.

Production timelines are estimates and may be affected by artwork approval cycles, courier capacity, and force-majeure events.

You retain all rights to the artwork, logos, photographs, and content you upload (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant OnePrints a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, print, and ship the User Content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order, providing the Services, and (where you opt in) showcasing it on our designer marketplace.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have all necessary rights to use the User Content.
• The User Content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
• The User Content is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.

OnePrints operates a marketplace that connects customers with independent designers (“Designers”). Designers are independent contractors, not employees of OnePrints. We facilitate discovery, briefs, payments, and dispute resolution but we are not a party to the engagement contract between you and the Designer.

• Designers warrant that the deliverables they provide are original work.
• Customers may not poach Designers off-platform during an active engagement.
• We may charge a service fee on Designer transactions; the fee is disclosed before checkout.

Prices on the Services are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

• Payments are processed by RBI-regulated payment gateways. We do not store full card or UPI details on our servers.
• For corporate / bulk orders, we may issue a proforma invoice and require a part-payment before production begins.
• GST invoices are emailed to the registered email after dispatch.

We ship pan-India and to select international destinations through our courier partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, India Post, and others). Delivery timelines depend on your location and the chosen courier tier and will be displayed at checkout.

Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the courier. Please inspect packages on delivery and report any damage within 24 hours with photos.

Because every product is custom-printed for you, we do not offer general returns. We do however reprint or refund in the following situations:

• Manufacturing defects (mis-prints, fabric defects, wrong size printed).
• Damage in transit, when reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
• Wrong item shipped (different SKU than ordered).

Refunds are issued to the original payment instrument within 5–7 business days after approval. Reprints are dispatched on a priority queue.

The Services, including the website, mobile experiences, brand marks, design tools, templates, and underlying software, are owned by OnePrints or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. No other rights are granted by implication.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work hard to keep the Services running smoothly, we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnePrints disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnePrints, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to OnePrints in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) INR 5,000.

You may deactivate or delete your account at any time from Profile → Danger Zone. Deactivation is reversible — sign in again and your account is restored. Deletion enters a 30-day grace window during which you can cancel by signing in. After the window, your account is permanently purged subject to legal retention obligations.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or applicable law, or if we are required to do so by a regulator or court.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana. Before initiating litigation, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith with our support team.
