This Privacy Policy explains how OnePrints (a OneCasa Group company, with its registered address in Hyderabad, Telangana, India) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information about you when you visit oneprints.in, use our mobile experiences, place orders, hire designers from our marketplace, or otherwise interact with our products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

We collect information you provide directly to us, information we receive automatically when you use the Services, and information from third-party sources (such as payment processors and shipping partners).

• Account data — first / last name, username, email address, phone number, profile picture, and password hash.
• Order & design data — designs you upload, artwork, fonts, colour selections, garment / product customisations, sizes, and quantities you order.
• Designer marketplace data — if you apply as a designer: portfolio links, uploaded samples, bio, base rate, specialisations, and KYC information.
• Payment & billing — billing address, GSTIN (where applicable), and partial payment metadata. Full card / UPI details are captured directly by our PCI-compliant payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
• Shipping — delivery address, contact name and phone number, order tracking events.
• Device & usage — IP address, device type, browser, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, clicks, session duration, and approximate location derived from IP.
• Communications — emails, in-app messages, support tickets, and reviews you submit.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your OnePrints account.
• Process and fulfil your orders — including production, quality checks, packaging, shipping, and after-sales support.
• Operate the designer marketplace, including matching you with designers and processing payouts.
• Send transactional messages (order confirmations, status updates, invoices, password resets).
• Send marketing communications you have opted in to receive — you can unsubscribe at any time.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity.
• Comply with legal obligations under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
• Improve and personalise the Services, including A/B testing and performance analytics.

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, measure performance, and personalise content. Some cookies are strictly necessary to operate the website (for example, authentication and CSRF protection); others are analytics or marketing cookies that you can disable in your browser.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling required cookies may break parts of the Services such as your cart and checkout flow.

We do not sell your personal information. We share your data only with the parties listed below and only for the purposes described in this Policy.

• Production partners — printers, embroiderers, and packaging vendors who fulfil your orders.
• Shipping partners — courier companies (e.g. Delhivery, Bluedart, India Post) for last-mile delivery and tracking.
• Payment processors — RBI-regulated payment gateways for capturing card / UPI / net-banking payments.
• Cloud infrastructure — hosting, file storage (Amazon S3 in the ap-south-1 region), email delivery, and analytics providers, all under signed data-processing agreements.
• Designers in our marketplace — when you hire a designer, we share the design brief, references, and contact handle required to complete the project.
• Legal / regulatory — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and property.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in order to comply with our legal, accounting, and reporting obligations (typically eight years for tax records under Indian law).

Designs you upload remain associated with your past orders so we can re-print them on demand. Marketing data is purged shortly after you unsubscribe.

We follow industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest, hashed passwords (bcrypt with salt), least-privilege access controls, audit logging, and regular vulnerability scanning. While no system is perfectly secure, we work hard to protect your data.

Subject to applicable law (including the DPDP Act in India), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your data (“right to erasure”).
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications.
• Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.

You can exercise most of these rights directly from your account settings. For other requests, contact support@oneprints.in from the email address associated with your account.

OnePrints is operated from India and our primary data centres are located in India (ap-south-1). Where data is processed outside India by sub-processors (for example, transactional email or error monitoring), we ensure appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent measures are in place.

OnePrints is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and / or through a prominent notice on the Services before the changes become effective. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
